Eye Drop Mediction

Careprost

Careprost Eye Drop is used to treat glaucoma and ocular hypertension by lowering high pressure inside the eyes. It works by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor (eye fluid), thus preventing nerve damage and vision loss. It is also widely known for enhancing eyelash growth, making lashes appear longer, thicker, and darker.

Key Benefits

  • Helps lower elevated intraocular pressure in glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
  • Supports long-term management of eye pressure and may help reduce the risk of optic nerve damage.
  • With regular use, Bimatoprost may promote eyelash growth, making lashes appear longer, thicker, and darker.
  • Helps improve the drainage of fluid from the eye, supporting intraocular pressure control.
  • Consistent treatment may help reduce the risk of vision complications associated with uncontrolled high eye pressure.

How to Use

  • Instill one drop in the affected eye(s) once daily, preferably in the evening, or as directed by your ophthalmologist.
  • Wash your hands before and after application.
  • Do not allow the dropper tip to touch the eye or any surface to prevent contamination.
  • Remove contact lenses before use and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
  • When specifically prescribed for eyelash growth, apply the recommended amount only to the upper lash line using a clean applicator. Avoid applying directly into the eye or to the lower lash line.
