• Take exactly as directed by your physician.
• The dose and frequency depend on the medical condition, kidney function, age, and other individual factors.
• May be taken with or without food.
• Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule unless specifically instructed.
• Take doses regularly and do not stop treatment without medical advice.

• Do not use if you have active or significant bleeding, unless specifically directed by your doctor.
• Inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, a history of bleeding, stomach ulcers, or any blood-clotting disorder.
