• Helps prevent the formation of harmful blood clots.

• Take Eliquis 5 mg Tablet strictly as directed by your physician.
• It is commonly taken twice daily, with or without food, depending on the prescribed indication.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water. If your doctor advises, the tablet may be crushed and administered in a suitable manner.
• Take doses at approximately the same times each day.
